I have been living here for a couple years. At first things were ok, but things are so bad now. Everyone is moving out. Wendy at the office is nasty, rude and mean to people. She does not like renters and will make that known to you. If you rent here, you are considered a nobody. I don't know about anyone else, but when I rent, I treat the place like I own it and want the respect of an owner. You will not get that here. This place is made of mostly us "renters" and many of us are in agreement that if Wendy gets voted back in as management, we will all move out. Even the owners are all starting to move out. This place has great potential, there are alot of nice people here but if things don't change, this place will become worse than it already is. They have a maintenence person here who drives around in a golf cart and does NOTHING, but thats ok because he is friends with Wendy and she allows it. The place is a mess.
I would recommend that you do not move here. Wait till December and find out who gets elected as management. I'm sure if the right people are in charge, this place could turn around and be what it was a few years ago.

Who ever wrote this review is full of crap.Wendy is the most honest person and goes out of her way to help EVERYONE even if it is a RENTER or OWNER. You must be a very Bitter and Moody person.

Interesting...you must be an owner who she likes. There are not many of you...trust me this woman is crazy and the farthest thing from honest. Be careful what you tell her...she'll pretend your are the best tenant and talk crap behind your back - she has big mouth and ironically the worst vocabulary. Must be uneducated. She has no idea what she is doing in this place - sucks for us as she ruined our home
