I have had a unit here for 4 years and have had no problems. We did replace the windows and now its very peaceful. There was a problem with rodents getting in the attics, which the management jumped on immediately and blocked off the places they were coming in. I have had no problems with having issues taken care of if they come up. Yeah the workmanship in fixing up the units was low end but some fresh paint and TLC is all it takes. Then units that had mold were all redone and cleaned up. I don't know where you people get your info from. There are still quite a few original owners like us and the apts seem to draw in mostly decent people...let's hope it stays that way!
