You know....after reading some of these comments, I thought I might add some of my own.
I understand that this website usually attracts only negative feedback, but I really don't think that's fair. While there will always be disgruntled residents in ANY apartment community, not enough is mentioned about all of the positive things that are done RIGHT.
I do know this much. La Venezia has brand new owners (a Florida family, I think...) and they've certainly turned the property around for the better. They just put 8 milllion dollars into fixing the moisture problems in the buildings. Yes, the construction noise was frustrating for everyone for a long time, BUT IT NEEDED TO BE DONE. I'm tired of people whining about this. It's over now, so get over it.
I have lived here for over two years now. I see that the staff has been changing, and I'm liking what I see. This is a lovely property, and I'm looking forward to the changes that are going on.
Please do not believe everything that you read on this site, and just check out this property for yourself. I think you'll be quite pleased!!!!
