My family has lived here over a year. La Venezia is now become Bella Villino. Sadly they still have similiar dim-witted people working in their office. The Receptionists in the office are rude and ignore our problems in our home. Not to mention losing important paper work we have handed in. This was our last resort when we needed a place to live a year ago and now that we are almost out every day gets easier and easier. I can not wait to live in a La Venezia free home. Please take my word for it, this is not a place you want to live in, they pay more attention to prospective tenants than the ones they already have.
