From the outside the "condos" appear very nice. The only nice thing about the facility is the pool and the workout area. But the negatives definatly outweigh the positive. There is more storage in a Motel 8 bathroom; I have never been treated so rudely by staff. I put in a work order about 5 months ago; and have followed up on it several times- and still haven't seen anything. Ants, ants, ants everywhere. The windows do not block out any noise. They treat their landscape workers unlawfully! There are much better places in Florida than this!
