I have lived here since it was la venezia apts.I was told I had to move the apt was becoming a condo.But guess what my apt did not sell so they opened their arms to me to stay by raising the rent but I did stay.When I moved from a small two bedroom into a 3 bedrrom that I leased from a owner here I cleaned the carpet and cleaned the ENTIRE apt before I moved out..it was almost move in ready all it needed was painting.We turned in our keys on a saturday and waited for our deposit back 3 weeks later we were told we did not hand in our keys to the other apt and that would be 100$ for not doing so.I was furious!!!!!My ac has broken 2 times in the last 5 months ...Guess what......the maintanance staff has the wrong key to our apt!!!!cant get in!!!!! what do they do with keys here' Bottom line its a nice place.....but the property manager,Pam is terrible she treats you like you are second class citizen . ..I have never been late on my rent in 4 years here so I have no idea why she looks down her nose at me.On the same note Jeff has always been nice.
