I love living at Beneva Place. We have the most beautiful natural setting with lots of wildlife, trees and a pretty fountain pond. The pool overlooks the pond and is gorgeous, relaxing and clean all the time.

The maintenance people are always nice and take care of everything quickly.

The office is very pleasant, friendly and I would recommend for anyone to live here. My apartment even has a fireplace!!
