I have nothing but good things to say thus far. Maintence has been very prompt, my problem was taken care of the next day after reporting it. Dishwasher and refridgerator are on the new side. The stove is older but still works great. Carpet appeared to be brand new when I moved in, and the walls also appeared to be freshly painted. Haven't had an A/C problem. The only noise I can hear is water pipes and people talking in the breezeways, but these individuals are espeically loud and obnoxious.
