I have been living here for 3 months now and I have to say I have not had any great problems. I have not seen bugs at all as others have written about. I have not had any problems with my apartment. My only problem here is in the Laundry room as machines seem old and constantly have problems including rust in the dryers. I find some of the tenants in my building have trouble conducting themselves as adults and leave cans and cig. butts on the ground, and trample up and down the stairs making it sound like a war outside. (this is not managements problem) The management has responded to repairs well, the hot tub was fixed within 1 week of my reporting the problem. The pool was recently relined and retiled and it looks very nice. I would tell people not to hesitate moving here. I searched many apartments and I can say that I am very happy I chose this one.
