beneva place appartments are great i seen some people on here gripe about certain criteria its because the people that are griping don't pay there rent and are always late with it and are dirt bags who live in filth and also don,t pay there bills on time and wonder why they have bad credit and can't handle the responsability of being an adult and takeing care of adult resposibilitys beneva place is is a great place to live the pool and jacuzi are awsome and the staff is exelent and the apartments are well mantained sincerly apt 436
