NO WATER PRESSURE

There is a battle going on between the county and Bermuda Estates in regards to the water pressure. Jennifer-Manager will not tell you anything about it, it is a serious problem. Tenants sometimes are forced to take a shower down at the pool so they can rinse their hair completely. Do not sign a lease for an apartment until you are allowed to go in and turn the water on, try the washer and shower especially. Try it in the AM, Tuesdays and Sundays as that is when the community is watering their areas which in turn provides you as a tenant even less water pressure and sometimes no water for about an hour or more. This is your warning......
