1)Low water pressure (which is admittedly the fault of the complex)
2)NO water after hurricane Charlie
3)The flooding of my closet
-This took 2 months to fix because your office waited to claim on a warranty on the roof in which I lived with a green moldy closet, ruined my Christmas ornaments/decorations and placed an unpleasant odor in my closet for the duration of my stay. Then I had to stay for 4 days with a loud industrial fan in my apartment.
-In addition, the leaky roof is very likely to be the cause of the door jam not fitting properly since water can cause shrinking and swelling, which I offer to pay for because I didnt submit to you for repair of it
-I also have pictures which are available upon request of the mold mildew and damages to my personal belongings

4)Periodic infestations in my apartment
5)No use of my washing machine due to low water pressure. The dishes came out dirtier than they went in. The maintenance came to fix it and it still didnt work properly.
6)Some form of animal running around above my head in the ceiling (not outside)
