Looks great on the outside and inside and the management is very freindly and promising until after you move in and sign your lease. Any one who would consider purchasing for a condo is insane. Our Apartment was INVESTED with bugs! I can not count how many cockroaches I killed while living here. Then when you move out, they really put the screws to you with bogus fees. I would never rent let alone buy a place at Bermuda Estates! We were set back from our move in date 3 times and when we finally moved in I didn't even have a door on my room! and my roomates door was all busted up like someone practiced karate on it. The management was quick to promise they would be fixed the following week. We didn't get new doors for over 4 months!! We eventually moved other doors around ourselves so I could atleast have one on my bedroom. There was fungus hanging from the soffits around our porch. If you like to party with people that don't even live at Bermuda Estates at 3am on a week night, sleep with cockroaches, and choke on mold look no further! But not me, I'm thankful my Bermuda Estates nightmare is over! Oh I almost forgot there is soo much parking because NO ONE LIVES THERE, our building was atleast half empty!
