Well, the size of the apartments are OK. I have a 1/1, fine for one person. There's a roman tub, which is nice. However, and I've seen this echoed in several other reviews: the walls are paper thin. I have quiet neighbors and live on the top floor away from the pool, thankfully, so it is pretty quiet. What I DO hear though, are the squirrels (or possibly rats...) that scurry around in my attic. And I come home every day to a new cockroach crawling across my floor. Not the little german ones, the big, Florida, palmetto-on-steriods ones. Gross. I'm moving out as soon as my lease is up. Unfortunately, that is the END of summer... and of cockroach season. On the plus side, I'm now over my fear of bugs...
