My husband and I moved here in '08 and we really love it!
I assume that a lot of things have changed around here because the reviews written in '05/06 sound really bad.
We don't have any bug problems, the management and staff members are very friendly and helpful, the units are very nice and the area is very clean.
If there is a problem the maintenance guys will come and fix it immediately.
The pool is clean and there are people who come twice a month to take care of the palm trees and all the other beautiful plants.
All important stores are nearby and it's only a short way to I75.
You can hear doors slam - if they slam, but the overall noise level is pretty good. You can't hear any traffic....
Love it! Good place to live!

Are you certain you live at Bermuda Estates or are you sitting up there in the clubhouse office with your feet up on the desk, while your ciggy and lighter are sitting next to them?

where the hell do you live? You can not be talking about Berumada Estatas. I listened to people like you and moved in . you need to be honest and tell the truth so people dont move in because of your lies!
