I lived at Cimarron Lake for a year and a half, both in a single bedroom unit AND the large 2 bedroom townhouse.

This is the most quiet and serene apartment complex I have ever lived at. The landscaping and space make it feel very open and "homey". I was never for a moment afraid to let my kids go out and wander around, as there were plenty of places to go, and traffic within the complex is pretty low and slow.

It is a quiet place. I never had noisy neighbors, middle of the night parties, or loud booming stereos to contend with. Everyone I met there was friendly and helpful.

I'd say that most of the residents are 20-40 year old working professionals, or students at local colleges. There are some older population there as well, since it is such a quiet place.

Do yourself a favor, and just drive through and see the grounds. Walk down to the little pavillion on the lake during the evening. You will not be disappointed here.
