Very nice community, maintenance requests are promptly answered. Management friendly and most neighbors quiet/keep to themselves. Lots of young couples, retirees. Lots of college kids but not a lot of partying. A good mix of people of different ages and ethnicities.
Lived there for three years and never saw the cops called out for disturbances. A while back there was a car or two broken into, but I haven't been aware of any serious crime.
Really close to the airport so the planes are kind of noisy, but not enough to wake you up if your sleeping. The lawnmowers/leaf blowers are really loud and they start too early in the morning and I've been woken up many times.
Ants were a problem in the past, but once you call management, the exterminator is out there promptly to take care of it.
All in all management does a good job keeping up the property and though the appliances are kind of old, its a great deal. The fitness center could use updating, but the pool is cleaned regularly and well maintained just like everything about this property. I would recommend this place to anybody.
