lived here about 6 yrs ago, and
it was over priced!
the clubhouse/pool area was dirty( I only used it twice the whole year I was there because of this)
it was moldy and gross..
I don't know how they could win any "awards" like they boast about.
It was noisy as hell! ALOT of thru traffic, and young punks..and I had a quiet unit!
the apartment was cramped, and the layout was old.
the ceilings felt like they touched my head(I am 5'6"!)
I did not like this place at all..
the only cute thing was the preserve they had where you could hear all the critters..
They can boast about awards and being in "Palmer Ranch" all they want.
I will never live there again:)
