We have lived here for 6 months. It literally has been hell on earth. They are NOT at all family friendly to start with. There is NO playground for children to play and then they are micromanaged when they play outside. If the maintenance spent more time addressing legitimate maintenance issues and less time being the office managers minions, things wouldnt be so bad. We have waited for 3 months to have things fixed and are still waiting. We have a leak on the ceiling of my boys room and they STILL havent come to fix it. We had someone try to break into our lanai while we were out in broad daylight and they told us we cant do anything about it. Im like, okay, but can you fix the tears in our screen' NOPE, still waiting. We have tile in our shower that needs to be recocked and still 3 months later we are waiting. The list goes on. I am not a negative person by nature but this is ridiculous. As soon as our lease is up, we are outta here. And will tell EVERYONE we meet, DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Its been a miserable six months. We have had constant problems with bugs. Im talking palmetto bugs in your bed, your hair. Can I say im not a prissy woman. but I do have my limitations. We have asked repetitively to have them spray. It is totally useless. I finally give up.

I can vouch for the Palmetto Bug issue here. Anytime my cat starts racing around the room in the middle of the night, I know what's going on. Also, I have seen dead, run over rats in the parking lot next to dumpsters. It's obvious they've decided to let this property go until the termites take it down...unfortunately with renters still on the premises!
