Location of property is ideal, but community itself is terribly managed. Poor staff, management and mediocre maintenance. Community was best run under previous management and staff - 2 years ago.
Buildings are old, need maintenance, painting and have been neglected at this time.
Work Orders are slow to have fulfilled and always an issue/explanation when calling one in. BBQ grill has been on "order" for over one year, and jacuzzi is hardly working - "parts on order". Gym equipment is old, rusty, never cleaned in dire straits.
Location is premium, Palmer Ranch, but reputation is quickly fading in the Citation Club, "Winners Circle".
