our first nite there the washing machine flooded the apartment the next day the dishwasher flooded the kitchen it took them a week and a half to get there for those 2 work orders. by that time the closet shelving had fallen the electrical outlets didnt work the ice machine was never working the maintnence man when he finalllly came told me it would be easier if i bought ice... Then it was discovered ! mold not just a little but a lot in the master in the hall closet where thewater heater was. when we went to the office to complain the staff snoodly remarked "there is no mold in that apartment" before we could even explain the problems weve had in the not quite 4 weeks we lived there. We asked to get out of our lease the place was becoming unlivable, O i forgot to mention someone ran into my bedroom wall with there car n i had a huge crack down the wall, right about where my head would lay. that was 2 weeks after we moved in and did not get fixed untik the day before we moved out 1 month and a half later. So I have a 1 n a half year old daughter living n a mold and cockroach invested home that the kitchen was flooded in everyday... Im not kidding it was a nite mare needless to say we moved out on our lease n all onto beautiful summercove love it here! There were tons more problems that i didnt even list... My feet get prooney thinkin about it, standing in the wet kitchen tryn to do the dishes the smell was horrific from the broken garbege disposal n tryn to keep the lil one out so she didnt fall or have to be in the nasty water... My daughter and my mother who lived with us both ended up in the hospital with respritory issues from the mold.. that they still wont admit to that i have pictures of,,

You have enough proof of unsanitary living conditions to notify the Health Department. Show them your pictures. Sounds like a real dump.
