This place has gone to the dumpsters since Kelly (manager) left. Monica is telling all of us K was fired. She says she is getting her job--and then I AM breaking my lease and leaving. She says slamming remarks in Spanish about white people when I have been in the office paying my rent. Maybe this place needs a lawsuit over her. There is mold every where. Third floor apts are wet. no parking. Floors in the office are brand new and the hallways are filthy and stink. We are being robbed with $78.00 water bill and no garbage included. Viterra Energy are in a lawsuit for fraud '''''' You wonder why you are the lowest rated apt community in Sarasota. Hud places are better then this.
