This is not the nicest place in Sarasota, but it is one of the few that is worth the money. It is inexpensive, but not crappy. The pool is clean, the parking is well lit and patrolled 24/7. The apartments are clean and liveable and I have never seen a bug. It's nothing fancy, but then again it is very cheap. They do a very good job screening residents, because all of the ones I have met are nice and the place is very quiet.
