I couldn't help but a write a review. When I lived at GG apts. the mgmt. and service was good. But I could see that the neighborhood was going down hill. Many small bars and now erotica shop and all night gambling "office bar" just on the next block on Mall Dr. Too bad since the area is convenient to buses, shopping, and a good elementary school. The buildings are old and the walls are thing. You can hear everything and I mean everything. But if you are on a budget and don't drive this is a good place to live.
