My husband and I rented here while we were building a new home (18 months). We found the location to be awesome. So convenient to everything, shoppping, groceries, and the best beach in the world. It is far enough south of Sarasota to be void of the heavy traffic and yet have all the conveniences. The management staff were wonderful. There was ample parking. We had no maintenance issues and in fact were fortuante enough to get an apt. that recently had all the appliances and carpet replaced. It as very reasonable for the area and the noise level was extremely low for an apt. complex. Not many children in the area. They returned our security deposit without a hassel. We would highly recommend this complex.
