I have lived here for several months and the gate has never worked. Office says they are working on it, what does it take' They charge for a remote to get in the gate, WHY'
other than that I enjoy living here. REnts are reasonable compared to other places.

They also offer you the opportunity to select a code which you can use for free. The remote charge is fully refundable upon move out and return of the remote. As for the gate system I have had no problems since they installed a brand new system. = Another Satisfied Resident
