Do not even bother reading reviews from 2 years ago- Huntington is under new management...and while The old office staff were rude and condescending..the new staff are rude and incoherent..UPS delivered a note on my door stating I had a package at the office..the office could not find it...hello' what happened...just a blank idiotic stare..Ok and the gate ..not even worth punching in a code, I won't say why for security reasons, just know it is a useless facade. Do not let the office see you throw away a tv or table - they will charge you like $50 ..no kidding. Maintenance is pretty good- they have been here longer than current O.Staff. Yes, the air-conditioners suck. The largest apartment here is not even 1,000 sf. which is fine if you don't have a lot of big furniture and tons of stuff. The communication is not great between staff and resident - which can be good or bad. Be careful about your security deposit. They will look for a reason to keep it..I promise you that. you dont now what you are taling about because mainatanance is horrible. I had a problen for weekns and now one even called. they just ride around in circles and sit in the office. Lots of excuses why they could not fix it. and what office staff? no one is there. yes the management is worse but its the only place to live in sarasota. no apaprtments any where. i need to buy so when these will be for sale i will wait. also wll you please plant grass and get out the leaves.
