Bald maintenance guy on red cart will let them die, same as last year. Too lazy to drag a hose out there' Flowers don't make the dump inside the broken gates, look better.

We moved out and not soon enough, but for new people, don't be fooled by flowers, an office redone to impress you, a mailhouse shored up so it no longer is a threat to collapse, a nice pool used most weekends by outsiders who come in through the broken gates, and a small fitness center, also used by outsiders. The resident buildings are a disgrace. Old and filthy and not kept up.

Don't let these idiots in the office think that you are too dumb to see past the nice stuff they show you. All that done with phenomenal rent increases. Really look around on your own. Walk the grounds. And, be sure to ask where the grass went! We could not believe how lacking in routine maintenance this place was. Glad we are out of there!

wow - i just noticed there is a pricing report at the top of this page - look how much the rents went up WOW over 2 years. try 4 years and nothing has been improved - WOW - time to do something for the people living here a long time - they must have something invested in this place - or are you going to sell it again - and make more money - where shall i go next...hmmmmm. next door....hmmmm.but hmmmm. leave sarasota - yes
