I have lived here for many years and yes rents have gone up but not $220.00. I just renewed my lease and mine went up $45.00. Which is not that bad. Yes there are new people but maybe that is a good thing.

you must know someone who gave you a break, because mine went up $90 last year and $110 this year. Yes I am looking elsewhere
