I find the responses on here really interesting. It seems people either love it or hate it - there is no middle ground. I have lived in these apartments for a little over a year. I have not had any trouble with the office and have never found them to be rude. In fact, they have always been friendly and helpful when I have stopped by to pay my rent, ask a question, fill out a maintenence request, etc. I have found that most of my maintenece requests have been dealt with in a timely manner and usually by someone who seems to know what they are doing. There is one outstanding issue right now, but I will address that with the office, not here. I also just read a post that said something about cockroaches, maybe I'm blind, but I haven't seen one in my apartment EVER! Are the grounds perfect' No, but then, I would rather not have my rent go up by hundreds of dollars. Oh, and the post about rent going up 220.00 - I renewed my lease in August and my rent only went up $35.00/month. And no, I don't know anyone in the office or the owners. I guess I would just say to anyone reading these posts before they move in, take everything with a grain of salt. Is it utopia' Is it the Ritz' No - but then I can't afford that. Overall, for the money, it is a decent place to live in Sarasota.
