Let me say I read another person's review on here and couldn't believe how much of our experiences at that apartment complex were the same. First of all what is up with all the silverfish everywhere. My god my fiance and I were picking up silverfish in every single room there..daily! It was disgusting. Now luckily when we moved in we'd gotten into a newly renovated apartment so admittedly it was beautiful. But the ants and silverfish were ridiculous. Then when we moved out about 4, maybe 5 months later I get a bill for $900 for cleaning' When I left that apartment it was cleaner then it originally was when I moved in yet they gave me a $900 bill' Plus they had my new address and telephone number and yet they never (not one time) even tried to reach me at. Then there's the issue with the water. Every freaking week they were turning off our water for an entire day to fix a problem that they still apparently haven't fixed. On top of that something was wrong with our fire alarm because it'd been going off several times a day for no reason so when they FINALLY got someone out to replace it the office woman had decided that I had to pay for the replacement because "those alarms don't go off for no reason so I must have messed with it." Thats what they said and I hadn't even so much as touched the alarm. They had no proof that Id ever touched it but they told me I was responsible. Throughout the entire time that I lived there the office staff was constantly coming into the apartment "to check on things". The only thing I liked about the apartment was that I had new appliances and I could feed the ducks that were in the lake. After reading the other person's review and seeing that Huntington did that to them I am sad to say that i've paid part of that bill BUT that's it. Im not paying the rest...sorry Huntington but you guys need to get real. This apartment complex loves to charge people for the dumbest things so if you move there beware because they are going to try and get you for something

The above poster is totally correct. No surprise why it is one of the cheapest apartments in Sarasota. Don't be fooled by what they only show you. Take a good look before signing a lease, then, if you must, consider yourself, warned! Best advice--look elsewhere!
