Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006
 
As of 070106, Applegate Apts switched to new owners. Under the old owners, no problems. We had some issues with strict management, but compared to how it is now, you learn to appreciate the strictness. Now, I would not recommend the place. Before, YES-unless you have small children. The ole saying applies "There goes the neighborhood".
