If you enjoy listening to crack-whores screaming, drunks using the outside facilities by the dumpster, and the sounds of garbage trucks and glass breaking at all hours of the night, by all means, move into this so-called apartment complex.

We have no problem with immigrants, but I would enjoy someone speaking English around my area. The rent: anywhere from 850 for a 2 bed/1 bath to 1000 for a 2 bed/2bath, is NOT worth the trouble. At 800 square feet, you can hardly store anything, much less live comfortably. Unfortunately, I was stuck moving quickly and should have really taken some time before agreeing to this place.

Beware of items stolen, break-ins, the dive bar next door, and cleaning women with old liquor bottles whom enjoy smashing them at 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 am very loudly into a dumpster. The fights in the parking lot are somewhat enjoyable until someone pulls a gun, then duck.

No problems with the management; they do nothing to help with any of the above (or other) items concerning tenants in this area. Oh, except with their so-called "inspections" where they supposedly check for leaks and such, instead of just ASKING if anything is wrong. (I still don't know what the hell that "inspection" was truly for).

RUN away from this place. Unless you speak Spanish, then you will love it.
