Las Palmas will not allow tenants to have pets. There are no short term leases, the minimum lease is 7 months. The owners would rather not have renters as the renters trash the common areas.
It would be best if renters stayed away from Las Palmas. We do not want to be knows as a rental place anymore.

Las Palmas maintains a high standard and will not tolerate the typical "rental mentality" often associated with apartments. If you do not want to live by the condo rules and respect the common areas which Las Palmas is VERY PROUD of, go elsewhere to rent.

I rent in Las Palmas and find that the "owner" next door to me is a complete slob. He tosses his cigarette butts and beer/soda cans out of his car near his front door when he leaves. Almost everyday I come out of my unit and he has his trash bags sitting by the front door, as well. So, seems to me, it's no nesessarily an owner who "cares" about his community. It depends on the "type" of person you are. I am very clean and respectful to my neighbors and find that, for the most part, Las Palmas if a well-kept community. People shouldn't be so judgemental and assumptive when finding out whether you are an owner or renter. It's just a glorified apartment complex/condo after all...not like we live in million dollar units. Quit being so stuck-up and judgemental.
