Structurally, it is far from noiseless. Living on the first floor I can hear the people very often running across the apartment ubove us, flushing the toilet etc. Unfortunately, the staairs that lead to the second and third floors are connected to our side of the building and it is like thunder when people bound up and down the stairs.
The apartments themselves are very roomy and clean. No pests which is a plus for these parts. New appliances and roomy closets.
Geographically it is a pretty area and the location is fair. It's an up and coming area with all the restaurants and shops up and down University and Lakewood Ranch around the corner. Also it's only 10min from downtown Sarasota.
A bit expensive but so is everything in Sarasota.
All in all from 1-10 I would give it a 6.5.

I wanted to rent a relatively new place downtown and found the new places were double or triple the rent at travini. plus there are new movie theatres coming in Lakewood ranch, right next door. Plus I can get on freeway to Tampa in one minute.
