This has been the best community we have ever lived in. Prices vary based on the unit size, as well as the price agreed upon with the owner of each unit. We are renting a 2 bedroom / 2 bath townhouse with a garage which faces the lake and 2nd pool in the back of the community. The buildings are concrete, which we didn't realize until after we moved in and noticed hearing no noise from neighbors.
Conclusion: We like this community so much we are now looking to buy here. To call Las Palmas a "condo community" is doing the community injustice; these are immaculate townhouses, which as others have said, "are second to none". --HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
