These apartments (condos) are on many acres of land, they are surrounded by trees. But the intersection of I 75 and University Parkway (airport exit) is only 1 mile or so away. There are bars and food close to the exit as well. The rents are cheap because you can grind the landlord; there is no central rental office. Plus the owners will sell you the units if you push hard.
