Being a student of Ringling, I was looking for something affordable. I had no idea I had signed a lease at the roach motel. It was horrific. I was embarrassed to have friends over. The neighbors always worked on their cars in front of my unit. The roach problem NEVER ended--I considered charging them rent at one point. The upstairs bath leaked the ENTIRE time I lived there. Everytime they took a shower, it leaked onto my toilet and floor. I had to keep a mop in there always. The apartment had a horrible smell. There was mold growing everywhere. One of my neighbors had me sign a petition asking for the mold to be removed. I signed. It was never removed. The ducks pooped on everything. The air conditioner was a joke. It was so loud at times that you could hear it before you even came into the apartment! Please run far from here---don't even be fooled by the price. If you have a problem, the office never fixed it (honestly because they were probably overwhelmed). A horrible place to call home.
