This place is better off a parking lot. Brand new renovated apartments: pipes already leak, wall sockets don't work, AC doesn't work very good/leaks, wondows aren't sealed/rains in apartment, porches flood from upstairs laundry, mold in air ducts, walls not insulated (you can hear every neighbor), interior doors fall off hinges, or are installed crooked lower standard companies have their workers living next door. Lexington is too cheap to pay for a hotel for the workers. The workers use their work vehicles to take YOUR parking spaces. The rent was raised to help out with these "renovations."
