These websites always attract the disgruntled. It is unusual when people go out of their way to complement a community but everybody wants their complaints to be heard.
We run a full criminal background and credit check on all perspective residents. I do not understand why anyone would be scared to drive into Signal Pointe.
If an apartment has a cockroach problem pest control is available. We have a company that treats every apartment monthly and can go to your apartment if you notice a problem. We go to the trouble of doing this to avoid problems but if the resident does not tell the office then we do not know that they need attention.
As to the office smelling bad we do use "oust" air fresheners. Today is spring rain. Perhaps the dissatisfied person could tell me what they prefer.
We offer good apartments for a good price.

I would rather eat tacks than live here again. I'm out, and I guess I'm lucky I didn't get screwed more. I can't say enough how horrible my experience was.
