Perfect if you like chaos and confusion

This complex represents itself as a community of professionals and quite living. In actuality it is borderline tenament living. The management may spout rhetoric about their community being safe, secure and well maintained. That is all it is. If you do not mind the police appearing at least once each weekend, grounds that include abandoned cars and garbage throughout, it is the place for you. Some apartments contain various tenants, none of which are on the lease. Managements priority includes barbecue grills and dogs, while cars are being ripped off and safety is always an issue. The owners of this complex are out of stae and the managment team is understaffed and even more underqualified. For a young couple looking to save some money, it is a great place. As long as you realize that you get what you pay for. If you truly are a professional there are some wonderful complexes out there with people who are screened and backgrounds are checked. Steer clear if you want a place to call home. Unless your former residence was with the penal system
