This place was EXCELLENT when run by Summit properties, then When Town and Country took over in a property swap, the place went to hell. There are residents that have broken ovens that go unfixed for 6 months or longer, children run amuck due to Town and Country not carring for anything except full occupancy.

Crime is now an issue not that Town and Country did away with security, again to save a buck.

Countertops have mildew damage that was slated to be fixed complex wide back in 2004... 2006 now and still waiting for that to be done. Appliances 15 years old, wiring to buildings a fire hazard.

This complex was sold again in mid 2006
Going to move soon....if they arfe no better than Town and Country, The same property manager is still here, so chances are I will be moving soon.

Wow! Since Summit sold the property to Town and Country in 1999 and you state that you lived there from 2000-2006 kind of makes me wonder how you could compare the 2 property owners. I have been here since then and yes i miss the parties that Summit gave us every weekend and all the attention we receieved from them, but I really do not see midew damage, or fire hazards. I did hear that with the new management company it is harder to get renovations done as they seem to be tighter with funds that either Summit or Town & Country, but that is not the fault of the office manager or the local crew. But make sure when you post something with a dated timeline that you make sure you were actually living here. In 2000 I know that Town and Country had already taken over from Summit and removed our fun parties and beer keg dispensor!
