Lived here for a year and was told that Verizons FiOS would be installed in the area.
Well I watched this spring and summer as the new fiber lines were installed right next to the community. Called Verizon and they say I can not get it here because they have been denied the right to access the property to run fiber to the buildings!!!

The office pushes Comcast so I figure they must have a deal with them to prevent competition. That is not fair and is what keeps are TV & Internet rates high!

Well I moved out and have my FiOS and could not be happier! Awesome HDTV pictures and my internet speed are over 25Mbps!!!

They started allowing BIG dogs so everyone had to go get one and half of these people do not clean up after them. They should do themselves a favor and Repeal the Big Dog Rule!!! Big dogs belong in a big yard not an aprtment community!

Maintenance is very friendly and pretty much on time and fixed quick.

The original manager is gone now so I have no idea who is actually the property manager. Diane was great and we miss her.

We never had an issue with crime in the year we were there although there is a party here and there but nothing out of hand that we noticed.

Teenagers should not be allowed to hang out late after dark but that is a parental issue.

As far as the rest goes we enjoyed living there but we wanted our own place and of course FiOS!!! It is Awesome! Hope they let their residents have it soon.

Don't allow big animals because irresponsible people don't pick up after them? I guess everyone who owns a little dog always picks up after them, yeah right. And teenagers shouldn't be allowed to hang out after dark? Last I checked an 18 year old can fight for your freedom in this country, and also decide who can be your president. Sounds like someone needs to move to a different country, not apt. complex.

I agree with the original poster on the dog issue. Big dogs=big piles!!! The teenagers that I see here running all over the property and hang out until the early morning hours are between the ages of 13-16. Not old enough to serve our nation and thank God they can not elect a president or we would all have Hanna Montanna in office! Sounds the the person that replied to this posts may be one of the irresponsible parents that allow society to babysit their kids.

FiOS is crap and the same exact thing that comcast offers. Verizon felt the need to come up with a fancy name in order to trick people into thinking its different then what you get with comcast. Not having FiOS in a community is a silly complaint. As for the dog thing, it doesn't matter wether its big dogs or small dogs, it depends on the owner. Theres an old man in my building who loves to little his tiny dog poop all over the sidewalk and not pick it up. I have not seen any teenagers running around, but I do live in a 1 bedroom, so maybe its different in other buildings.
