The grounds are more black dirt than grass. If you live on the ground floor, your carpets get dirty fast. Mot of the maintenence is shoddy and sub standard. When I gave my notice to move, my water bill increased by $20.00 or more. I lived alone, and know that I did not use more water than usual.
If you come home late at night, you have to walk a long way from where you get to park, to your apartment. Most of the spaces are taken up with tenants that had 3 cars, or their business vehicles.
Near the end of my lease, I found out that a woman that was renting an apartment identical to mine was paying over a $100.00 a month less.
Ask a lot of questions if you are looking at this place. Take a good look at the rotting wood, and supports on the lanais, look at the grounds all around, not just the entry.

I don't know what building you lived in, but there is plenty of parking in mine. Yes, it is "far" away from the apartments, but thats not a bad thing unless your super lazy. It only taks me like 50 steps to get from my apartment in the back to the parking lot. And maintenance is great, they always make it out the same day, except Sat & Sun unless its an emergency, otherwise there here first thing monday morning. This review was absolutely useless in informing potential residents about the apartment complex, this is just a silly complaint.
