When I moved into town and country in 2000 I was desperate for an apartment and was hesitant about leasing the apartment because it was too small and not worth the price but nevertheless I had reached the end of a previous lease and didnt have much time to find somthing that would fit my every need. Well at first there were a few minor disappointments but I tried to adjust and make th best of it. Once I had been living there for two months started noticing mildew growing along the walls I brought it to managements attention as you probably already quessed they said they would come to take a look at it but never did so the problem went on ignored by the third month the mildew began to grow in the closet damaging my clothing and shoes this furiated me I managed to break my lease with them. I hate to bash the place It has a lovely scenery 2 lakes which I believe contain alligators but It just seemed like I was living in a swamp and paying almost a thousand dollars a month for it on top of the water bill I didnt think it was worth it but to each his own I wouldnt recomend the place to any of my friends. Oh and management is rude they towed a classic vehicle that was owned by a close friend of mine because they said it was a disabled vehicle he was involved in a fender bender and was waiting for just 2 weeks for the insurance company to settle the vehicle was still operable and in good condition. One morning he awoke to the noise of his vehicle being towed when he called them they told him that they tow vehicleds that are inoperable and they were very rude about it he spent two hundred bucks to get it back and had to put it in the shop to keep them off his back. Just a little warning.
