DO NOT LEASE HERE. I CAN?T SAY ANYTHING POSITIVE ABOUT THIS PLACE: FROM THE FLIMSY, MOLDY, & NOISY STRUCTURE OF THE BUILDINGS; THE HORRENDOUS CONDITION OF THE GROUNDS WHICH ARE ALL DIRT, ANTS, MOSQUITOS AND OTHER CRITTERS; THE OUTRAGEOUS ELECTRIC AND WATER BILLS; TO THE NASTY, RUDE, AND IGNORANT MANAGER. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! YOU BETTER TAKE A REAL GOOD CLOSE LOOK AT EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO MOVE HERE - DON?T SAY I DIDN?T WARN YOU.
