Lived here for seven months, finally moving out next week. From day one apartment has been infested with ants. Have called out management 5 times (whose spray did nothing to solve the problem), sprayed myself at least 30 times, and still every morning you wake up to ants in the pantry. Ants though aren't the only bugs, large spiders can be found running across the floors at night. Plus the bottom corner openings on the screen porch allow all kinds of night bugs to get into your porch and eventually the apartment.

The apartment is 630.00/ a month in a very nice area, there is no reason for the bug problem to be like this. They may say they provide pest control, they come only once every three or four months. The one time the guy came, my fiance told him about the ants and he just said "okay" and walked out.

The apartment is very small certaintly not worth the money paid for, the appliances are old, prone to breaking and the dishwasher sounds like a train.

I would highly recommend against coming to Timberlake, it just isn't worth the money.
