The area is quiet and a easy location. The parking is a nightmare. There are apartments with too many people at one time living in them so there are double the cars. We've also complained over and over again about the ant situation nothing has been done. I've spent enough money on groceries and had to throw closed boxes in the garbage due to the ant problem. There are leaks when it rains through the windows.
Cabinet and flooring,rugs are a disgrace since we've moved in
They were not updated or even in tact. Now alot of the apartments have newer cabinets and appliances, and we are paying the same price as them. The landscaping sceen is nice but they do not do a well job on cutting the grass, always too long... and they blow everything onto our cars. Also have had water spots and damage to cars from water sprinklers, there aim is not on the grass.
