I have lived here almost four years and seen it go down hill fast. Management stays a few weeks and then leave. A lot of flood and mold problems. Too many years of little upkeep.

Like anything old, things will go wrong! You live in Florida....hello mold is everywhere. I suggest you get educated on mold as it's our responsibility and there are many things we need to do living in florida to prevent mold. That is why we have a mold addendum which was great to have so I know how to prevent since I am not from florida.
