If you want a quality place to live this is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. I hated living here!!! Everything was broken, nobody picks up after their dogs (so watch where you step), it smells really bad, and the office workers are both cruel and evil. The only reason why i didn't move out of this hellhole is because my job didn't pay well. On top of all that Timberlake raised their prices drastically. Are you kidding me!!! The office's staff are dumb enough to raise the price for a crappy little apartment. The only good thing about Timberlake Apartments in Sarasota is the fantastic matinence workers. They are the best and nicest Matinence guys I have ever met. They should ditch Timberlake and work somewhere where they are appreciated. My hopes go out to you (You guys know who you are).

You lived at timberlake how long????. You have a choice on where you live. Get an education and maybe you can get a better paying job and buy a condo or home. This is the best office staff and they go out of their way to take care of any concerns. Timberlake is an older community, things are going to go wrong and the staff have always been very helpful but I know their hands are tied to what the owner's will spend money on but they do their best. The rents have not changed in over a year and are fairly priced for such a nice area.

This place is horriable!!! I had a cockroach infestation! Apon that, many things broken!
